Part 1: Unannounced Visit

Following a detailed client briefing and time taken to understand your market position we will undertake an unannounced visit to your premises. Depending on your specific offer this may take anywhere from 2 hours or 2 days. We will “consume” the specific parts of your business you wish us to review. This will culminate in a detailed report on the positives, those areas considered to be possible development prospects and the opportunities recognised within your business.

Part 2: Announced Visit

Following on from the unannounced visit we then set a formal agenda for a 2nd visit. This visit will up route the foundations of your business operation to define the underlying issues behind your businesses performance.
